This cache has been archived.

Seeker 01: Hi all,

As I haven't been into Geocaching for a while and I am no longer in a position to maintain this cache I am archiving it.

I hope this place has been of interest to the people who visited it. It has been great hearing and seeing your experiences.

Cache will be removed in due corse.

Thanks,

Seeker 01

Geocache Description:

This cache will take you for a walk arround the Three Mile Hill Forest.

You probably don't need a GPS to do this cache however the coordinates for the final cache are hidden on this page and might come in use for finding the final location.  Whether you use a GPS or not you will still need to work out Step 4 before you go looking for the cache.

Use the following instructions to find the cache:

1.  Go to the coordinates at the top of the page.

2.  Follow South Road into the forest until you come to Durham Street.

3.  There should be a little track off the end of the of the Durham St.  Follow it for a few metres.  E 170 26.185

(The track is marked by a peg which has on it PSP 40 10 3.  There is also a tree with spray paint on it.

4.  Finally you will need to work out the following.  Do this before you go looking for the cache.  There is a clue for how to work this out in the clue section.

The walk in and out should take just under an hour.  However it might take a bit of effort to find the cache so it will probably take over an hour.

Important:  Work out Step 4 before you go out to get the cache.

Caution:  This is a forestry area and is closed to the public during working hours.  The best time to go would be during the weekend or at night.

Warning:  As this is a forestry area be careful of falling trees. S 45 50.408

Note:  Could please say in  your logs weather you found the coordinates or weather you used the directions.
