Three-in-Cache was the beginning. It led you to the Forest
Dwellers of the Elfin Woods cache. The next to search for was
Shingle River Valley, and some of you discovered that attacking
this from the wrong direction had some watery barriers to overcome.
From here you were taken to the Center of the Realm, a quest of
endurance. Each of these caches has their own twists, trials and
problems to overcome in order to accomplish your goal.
The Secret Treasure of the Forest Beings is not dependant upon
finding any of the earlier caches as are some of the other caches
in this series. However it may prove impossible to break the code
without specific knowledge only gained by completing the previous
caches in this series. But by all means if you can crack the code
on your own, be my guest. What you will need most of all is
patience that’s the key to solving this. As the tunnelers of
the rail ride of doom have used their highest level of encryption
to keep the treasure location secret. This one is practically a
park and grab if you have a truck or SUV, otherwise it's a long
hike!
Outlanders have penetrated the Center of the Realm; the Forest
beings are greatly disturbed. The shelter of the deep woods, which
protected them for so long, is no longer a barrier to the outside
world. Backpackers, mountain bikers, people sitting astride huge
four legged beasts, and all manner of mechanized machines now reek
havoc among secretive forest beings. The elders of all the clans
held a great council the main topic was how best to conceal the
extraordinary wealth and knowledge accumulated over countless
millennium. And where would they hide it so that it would never
fall into the hands of the outlanders. After each of the cache
locations were discovered so quickly the elders came to the
conclusion that the codes and the secret key words were somehow
being shared with the outside world. They devised one final code
using the highest level of security available to conceal the
location of their treasure. On this code it was made clear to all
the beings of the Realm that disclosure of the secret key would
bring upon the perpetrator the most severe of consequences,
banishment. To a Forest Being there is no greater fear than
banishment, cast out of the Realm and forced to wander the land
amongst the outlanders. Still it has happened in the past and some
of the exiled forest beings now move among all the other peoples of
the world causing mischief and playing pranks. You know them as
Gremlins, Trolls or just the sound that goes bump in the night.
Care should be taken when approaching this cache as it is protected
from above by large flying creatures. Only proceed far enough to
retrieve the cache without awakening the guardians. And than
retreat, do not ascend any higher than need be!
