The Huron Natural Area is a partnership between the City of Kitchener, the Waterloo Catholic District School Board and the Waterloo Region District School Board. Its mission is to maintain or improve the ecological integrity and stewardship of the park, and to facilitate the understanding of the Waterloo Region’s indigenous ecosystems by visitors to the Huron Natural Area.
Here it is. After over 1400 finds finally what everybody is waiting for! My first hide! This is a 2 stage multi. There are a lot of trails in this area. Stay on the trails. No bushwacking until you get close to cache site ( about 10m ) Bring bug spray and a camera. When I placed the cache I saw 2 beavers having lunch in the pond and a Heron watching close by! This cache will take you about 30 to 40 minutes to complete and is about 2.5km round trip!
