Happy Birthday! Multi-Cache
mountaincachers: We have gotten a lot of logs that the second cache couldn't be found. The place where it is is spider-infested and very overgrown. The ammo box appears to be missing as well. We will make another cache identical to this one, but only using the first box. For anyone's interest, the coordinates where the ammo box was is

The first cache is a decon box which contains coordinates to the second cache which is an ammo box
This cache was hidden for our son's 9th birthday party. He had requested a geocaching party and we chose this location as it has long been one of our favorite parks. We've spent a lot of time here on the playground, hiking, checking out the old train, and watching trains cross the river. A group of 8 and 9 year olds, most of whom had never been geocaching, found this without too much trouble. We think it should be a good hunt for kids and a nice hike for families. The caches aren't located far from the trail.
Park open from dawn to dusk.
Addendum: Cache went missing in Spring 2009. Have rehidden in honor of our son's approaching 10th birthday. Hopefully it won't disappear again. Have loaded up the ammo box with favors from parties past.
