The low health score on this cache has remained below 60 since our last contact. I see no sign of any maintenance being done to correct this and I have had no response from the owner since my last contact. Due to the lack of response I have no idea if any corrective action has been taken. Consequently I am archiving the cache at this time. Under directions from HQ, if the cache was archived for maintenance issues, it will not be unarchived. If you wish to replace it you will have to do so with a new listing.

A mysterious tinder circle as been discovered in Assiniboine Forest, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Various experts are gathering at the location to explain the phenomena.

One such expert is XENOHMIC, Canada's foremost expert on alien ducks.
"Sir, you have a theory for the existance of the tinder circle?"
"Yes, the tinder circle is obviously used as an interstellar marker by the extraterreus canardus during their migrations from planet to planet"
"Fascinating, thank you sir."

Here we have a Winnipeg Parks worker that has an explanation for the tinder circle:
"The tinder circle?! It's just a"
"BREAKING NEWS!"
Breaking News, we now join an adress by Bhurchill, the Prime Minister of Botanica, who as just declared the tinder circle an attack against its nation.
"We shall find them in the streets, in the swamps and in the forests. We shall find them in the bogs, the alleways and the beaches. We shall find them in lamp post, in ammo cans and in fake rocks. We shall find them with our dying batteries, for without finding, there is no smiley tomorrow"
