Driving past a store in my area, I saw that the area had undergone a great deal of recent renovations, resulting in a lovely new green space. Very peaceful to SIT and listen to the splashing of the fountain during an evening after hours. Throw in a penny for good luck!

[7/18/11 It has been brought to my attention that cachers may be a little aggressive in their searching the brickwork or plants near the GZ. There is no need to damage any of the surrounding architecture nor the plants to find this cache. If you find yourself pulling apart the bricks or disturbing the groundscape, take a seat and think about it further (That's a hint BTW) ]
