En helt vanlig traditionel skattgömma vid en av Sundby ås broar. Burken finns under bron bakom en lös sten. Ta det försikitgt när tar dig ner under bron, det kan vara halt. Var försiktig och fall inte i ån!
UNDER VÅREN KAN DET HÄNDA ATT GÖMMAN ÄR UNDER VATTEN p.g.a VÅRFLOD!

Historia
I början på 1900-talet fanns här endast en liten bäck som översvämmade varje vår på grund av det stora fallet från Kovjoki. På 1934 börjades muddringen av Sundby å och blev färdigt 1936. I och med detta byggdes flertal broar längs med ån. Denna bro byggdes 1936.

1934 Muddringen började.
1936 Muddringen var färdigt och bron byggdes.
1961 Ny brospann byggs.
ca. 1965

Bron byggdes om och blev förflyttad 1 meter i enda ändan på grund av att bron stod snett över ån. Man kan se det gamla brofästet ännu.
1976

Bron förstärktes och tålde nu 8 t. Bron fick nytt brolock och ån muddrades för andra gången.
1995 Metallräckena byttes ut mot träräcken.

De äldre bilderna är tagna i början på 1960-talet. De nyare är tagna 2011.

An ordinary traditional cache at one of the bridges over the Sundby river. The cache can is under the bridge behind a loose stone. Be careful when you take your way down, it can be slippery. Be careful and don't fall into the the river!
DURING THE SPRING THE CACHE CAN BE UNDER WATER BECAUSE OF THE SPRINGFLOD!

History
In the early 1900's there was here only a little stream that overflow every spring because of the big fall from Kovjoki. In 1934 the dredging of Sundby river started and was completed in 1936. A result of that, they had to built bridges along the river. This bridge was built in 1936.

1934 The dredging started.
1936 The dredging was completed and this bridge was built.
1961 A new bridge span is built.
ca. 1965

The bridges was rebuilt and was moved 1 meter at on end because the bridge was standing obliquely over the river. You can still see the old bridge abutment.
1976

The bridge was reinforced and sustained now 8 tons. The bridge got also a new bridge lid and the river was dredging for the second time.
1995 The metallralings was replaced with wooden railings.

The older pictures are taken in the early 1960's. The newer ones are from 2011.
