Runde von knapp 3 km durch Kessel und an der Niers entlang. Nehmt
eure Cacher-Utensilien mit; die kleine Ausrüstung reicht
allerdings, Seile und Steigeisen könnt ihr zu Hause lassen.
Nützlich kann auch ein Zollstock sein.
Parken könnt ihr am Friedhof bei N 51° 42.484 E 006° 04.545. An den acht Stationen sollt ihr die Zahlen suchen, die ihr nachher zur Berechnung der Finalkoordinaten braucht. Wenn ihr Koordinaten finden sollt, sind immer die letzten drei Ziffern angegeben,
N 51° 42.abc und E 006° 04.def müssen also vervollständigt werden.
Station 1: N 51° 42.484 E 006° 04.589
An diesem erholsamen Ort sollt ihr zwei Informationen suchen:
die Ziffer, die dem Wasserhahn am nächsten steht
die Koordinaten für Station 2
G = Ziffer
Station 2:
An diesem Objekt findet man mehr als eine Zahl.
W = Summe der einzelnen Ziffern (nicht der Zahlen!): einstellige Quersumme bilden
Station 3 ist an der Kirche.
Sucht hier wieder zwei Informationen:
das Geburtsjahr des Mannes, nach dem der Platz benannt wurde
die Koordinaten für Station 4 in der Nähe der Info-Tafel
I = Jahreszahl: einstellige Quersumme bilden

Hier helfen euch folgende Informationen weiter:

Berechnet außerdem die Koordinaten für Station 6:
Nord: Nehmt GochNess mit der Viller Mühle mal.
Ost: Nehmt die Sportanlagen mit der Ferienwohnung Weyers mal und zählt das Spargelhaus Spronk dazu.
E = Ter Kelling
Station 5 ist unter der Brücke.
Sucht hier einen Metallknopf, in den ein Wort eingestanzt wurde.
R = Anzahl der Buchstaben des Wortes: einstellige Quersumme bilden
Station 6:
Sucht hier wieder zwei Informationen:
die Anzahl der Heftzwecken in einer Reihe
die Koordinaten für Station 7
A = Anzahl der Heftzwecken
Station 7:
Sucht das G+ und messt (oder schätzt) die Entfernung vom Zeichen bis zum Erdboden. Rundet auf volle Meter auf.
B = Meter
Station 8 ist an der Fußgängerbrücke.
Schaut hier bei Friedberg nach, nicht bei Peiner! Rechnet die Ziffern zusammen.
K = Summe aller Ziffern: einstellige Quersumme bilden
M = Ziffer genau in der Mitte
Zur Kontrolle könnt ihr jetzt die Buchstaben, die zu den gefundenen Ziffern gehören, hier einsetzen, sodass ihr einen Hinweis auf das Finalversteck bekommt:

Look for the G+ und measure (or estimate) the distance between the G+ and the ground. Round up to full metres.
B = metres
Stage 8 is at the footbridge.

As a check you can write down the letters, that belong to the numbers you have found, and read a hint about the final hiding place.
