Inspired by other "Welcome to our town" caches that I have found.

Perrysburg was founded in 1816 in an area that was once part of the Black Swamp. It is located along the Maumee River just a few miles south of Toledo and is a family-friendly, growing city. Welcome to my hometown of Perrysburg! You are searching for a small screw top container. Bring your own writing utensil. Parking nearby on a side road.
