Easy find and you can park close to the hiding place.
This area requires a Sauvie Island parking permit which can be purchased at the store near the bridge for $3.50 per day or $11.00 per season. In 2010 the passes were raise to $7 per day and $22 per year. I did not see any signs indicating this area is in the part of the island that is closed from October 1 to April 15 but have learned that it is in that area. 5/18/16 The parking permit is now $10 per day and $30 per year.
