This cache is located by the park entrance. The park requests a $5 parking fee for day use, but this is usually taken care of via a drop box by the boat launch and you shouldn't have any problems just pulling in for a couple minutes to get this cache if you're not staying around to do some fishing. It can also be accessed from the street outside the park entrance.
Please use some stealth during fishing season as this is a very popular Muggle area and it will be hard to keep from being seen.
