This cache was placed during the Voyageur Days 2008 celebration, in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Crane Lake Voyageur, and the 150th anniversary of the State of Minnesota.
Cache should be fairly easy to locate. Please do not remove the cache from where it is attached, and bring a writing instrument.
Make sure to read about some of the founding fathers of Crane Lake, and the history of the Voyageurs. Feel free to take a picture of yourself with the Voyageur and post it with your log entry.
Finally, enjoy your visit to Crane Lake, one of my favorite spots on earth!
