Another attempt to place a cache in this area as a previous one, placed by another geocaching fan, had been trashed. I'll leave this one for a short time to see if successful.
A small round container with one or two 'goodies' and the usual log has been placed close to the site of a former sporting spectacular which has since moved to Doncaster. If you look carefully around this area you will see remnants of this great sporting occasion attended by thousands each year. Parking is available next to the nearby grandstand which it is hoped will be renovated in the not too distant future.
