Geocache Description:

This cache is named after my daughter, Emilia. No relation to Amelia Earheart, but is a cool airport reference

Full sized cache on the southwest side of the Waterville airport. It's got a great view of the runway and is a good spot to watch planes coming in. Cache is a .50 ammo can large enough for toys and other exchangable goods. There have not been too many caches of this size lately (I'm also guilty of placing nano's) and I wanted to get a larger cache out. Caution. There seems to be a good amount of Poison Ivy about. I tried to find the location with the least amount, but you may want to keep an eye out if you are allergic. ** Congrats to Rumseys for thier first FTF!!** I know the area, so I did not think about the drive. This cache is not accessable from the In Plane Site cache near KMD. It's fenced off and you have to drive around to get to this cache. I recomend taking the Country Club Rd in Oakland off KMD to the Webb Rd and to the cache. This will also put you in the vicinty of "A Pastoral Scene" and you can go into Oakland and hike the Messalonskee Stream trail to get 7 more caches!
