Geocache Description:

A nice stop between Saskatoon and North Battleford for the kids to stretch the legs!

We’ve both been on long road trips along this highway many times before and know how boring it can be, especially for the little ones. We’ve planted 2 caches along this highway A Kid Friendly Cache and A Kid Friendly Cache II. We placed one near Edmonton and one near Saskatoon.

These caches where placed to give you a place to stop, stretch your legs and let the kids out to run off some energy if need be. The kids can also pick up new items to keep them entertained on the journey. This is a kid’s cache so please keep with the theme and leave kid friendly items, or you can also use it as a stop for TravelBugs or GeoCoins!

The cache is located south of the Yellowhead, far enough to keep everyone safe from highway traffic, but close enough that it shouldn’t add too much extra time to your trip. Drive up cache, terrain is a rough but shouldn’t be to difficult.

Please approach the cache from all places, paths are starting to form!

Good Luck Caching!!
