A largish cache hidden under a rock.
Enjoy looking for this cache, it's just 50 feet or so off of the
road.
Look around you at the large diameter of the basalt columns. If you
hear something cracking up on the cliff, run! There are no signs of
recent rock falls.
Please rehide as good or better than found, make sure it doesn't
show from the road or sides. Cache starts out with: an ammo can
(FTF prize), twig "welcome" sign, indoor bug zapper, boom box, two
bird houses, a pair of size 7 women's hiking shoes, and various and
sundry junk.... er prizes.
When lugging this cache down the slope it slipped from my grasp
and I was able to shove it a little so that it went end-over-end
into a nice little hole. (hope nothing inside was broken). The lid
is snugly attached, please be sure to start the ring and work it
over the lid and container lip to ensure a tight seal before
snapping it shut.
