The U.C.I.C. stands for the Urban Cache Intiative Challenge.This is
a personal challenge to hide as many non-micro Urban Caches as
possible.Although they might not be placed in the most scenic of
locations,they will be atleast a small cache or larger.There are
plenty of places to hide non-micro Urban caches.You just need to
open your eyes and be creative.
I actually almost forgot i hide this before heading to the MWGB.I
was depressingly looking at my GPSr this morning(it's been a while
since i've cached)and noticed the waypoint.I figured i'd get this
published.
