Geocache Description:

The Easiest Multi In Recent Memory

A brudge

When FrodoB asked if we could place a cache as part of the lead-up to the September '08 WSGA Meet-n-Greet we were delighted, but a bit daunted.  We only had one local spot "in the bank" for a cache, it wasn't the most complex site in the world, and we were heading out of town for a caching road-trip.  Hmm, what to do?  This event is designed to bring in some new cachers - maybe they haven't tackled any mysteries yet?  A mystery - yeah, that's the ticket!  Except that Mr IDFC sucks at puzzles - that's Ms IDFC's purview.  But Mr IDFC is in charge of placing this cache.  Hmm, what about a multi?  Even Mr IDFC could make one of those...

So, young and old, experienced and new - gather 'round for the outrageously simple multi:
  • WP1:  Go to the  posted coordinates.  See the number on the sign.
             Let it be AB.C
  • WP2:  Is at N 47 34.A(B+2)(C+4), W 122 06.(652+AB).
Go to the coordinates, park, and see the numbers on the sign.
Let them be DE and FG
  • Final:  Is at  N 47 34.(451-DE), W 122 06.(694-FG).

Now that was easy wasn't it?  Once you've got it mastered you should head out and take a gander at something harder.  Say a mystery that is also a multi?  Say, Something Evil at the University of Washington v.3 by that nice man nolenator?

To ensure that our new-found caching friends carry the spirit forward the FTF is a few essentials for cache placement: an ammo can, a magnetic key lock, a pill fob, and a lock-n-lock.  Everything a new cacher needs!
