The Dave Ulmer Multi Mystery Cache

This multi cache is a set of micros leading to a regular size final to give anyone in the area a nice area that they can use to get some exercise. This is a path I used to run almost every day, but now with the kids it has turned into a nice slow walk.
You are looking for a nice challenging set of micros that will take you around a pond I fish in and up a path I used to run almost daily. My goal with this cache is to pay tribute to a man we all should know, and to challenge even seasoned cachers with a urban multi cache.
This path is open from dawn to dusk daily at all times of the year. This path gets busy on weekends during daylight hours, and on weekdays after normal work hours. So stealth is a must. Total distance from start to finish is 3/4 of a mile...as the bird flys. If you approach the final from any other angle than the one I intended you will have to bushwhack.
***In order for you to receive credit for finding this cache you must message me and tell me who Dave Ulmer is and why he is famous in the geocaching community. Please do not write the answer in your log or into the log journal in the cache itself.***
If you have any problems with any of the stages and need an extra hint just message me and I will try to help you without spoiling all the fun, likewise please message me if you think one of the stages might be missing so I can check on it. Please make sure you put all stages back as found.. stage 3 has a special hook to it so please make sure to clip it back to secure it.
