We're helping out with the River Sweep at Lynches River County Park on September 20th. Meet at the posted coordinates at 9:00AM and we'll help pick up trash, etc. for about an hour and a half to two hours before the SCGA meeting later that morning.
We're working with Terasa Young of the EDC at Lynches River County Park to participate in the River Sweep this year. She'll be providing bags and some gloves, but come prepared to help pick up trash and other nasties!
After we pick up junk for a while we'll meet up at Picnic Shelter #2 near the Splash Pad for the SCGA meeting and a potluck lunch.
There are some good caches in the park for anyone who hasn't been there lately, and many others close by!
