FRANCAIS

Un petit arrêt dans la vallée des Belleville  sur la route des Menuires et de val Thorens

Cette small cache  contient un log book un crayon et de petits objets L’endroit étant très fréquenté  prenez soin de ne pas vous faire repérer par des moldus.

La cache a été placée en un endroit la rendant normalement accessible même en hiver (à vérifier)

Ce sanctuaire a été construit entre 1633 et 1680 d'après des plans de Nicolas Deschamps pour abriter la "statue miraculeuse" de Notre-Dame-de-la-Vie. Vous pourrez y admirer les
fresques de la coupole peintes à l'origine par Nicolas Oudéard en 1680. Un retable majeur de 1686 de Jean-Marie Molino, valsésian, entièrement doré évoquant la vie de la Vierge. Un retable des apôtres de 1635 avec tableau offert en ex-voto.

Un Pèlerinage y a lieu le 15 août et le premier dimanche de septembre.

Prenez le temps de visiter et de vous assoir dans le parc pour admirer.

A short halt  in the valley of Belleville on the road to Les Menuires and Val Thorens

this small cache  contains a logbook , a pencil and some small objects.

Please be discreet when looking for the cache since the area is crowded (moldus stays frequently around the place)

The place is normaly available in winter (to verify)

The shrine was built between 1633 and 1680 according to Nicolas Deschamps plans to host the "miraculous statue of Notre-Dame-de-la-vie. You can admire the frescoes of the dome painted originally by Nicolas Oudéard in 1680. A major altarpiece 1686 by Jean-Marie Molino, valsésian, fully evoking the golden life of the Virgin. An altar apostles of 1635 offered a table with ex-voto.

 

A Pilgrimage should be August 15 and the first Sunday in September.

Take time to visit and you can sit down in the park to admire.
