Within Community Park, in Jacksonville, IL
Community Park is a park within Jacksonville that contains at least one of each species of tree that is native to the area. If you come on one of the "patriotic" holidays (Independence day, memorial day, etc) you will see the Avenue of Flags placed along a portion of the road that loops in the park. In the park is also two gazebos... the larger of which has a replica at the Smithsonian. Cache is a small plastic jar-like container wrapped in camo tape.
