Marko Ramius: We reviewers typically operate under the assumption that you have adequate permission to place a cache unless circumstances suggest otherwise. As permission for this cache has been questioned, and it does appear to be on clearly posted land (based on multiple reports), I am now archiving this cache.
If it can be shown that permission has been given to place a cache here (and assuming that the cache continues to meet all other guidelines) then it would be possible to un-archive this cache.
