Located close to SH3, and the North Taranaki Bight, Onaero Beach is an idyllic, small beach community.

This one could be tricky. We struggled to get reception. Cache is a 0.16 litre oblong. Clue is more than helpful as a result. Take in the sea walk and stunning views.

Bruce W. Hayward's 1981 work 'Biostratigraphy of Onaero-1 onshore well' gives a hint at the natural resources nearby. One the day of place the ENSCO 107 rig was seen offshore.
