The cache is located on Joint Base Balad. It is one of fourteen new caches placed in conjunction with a Sept '08 event.
It is easily accessible from multiple bus routes. The area can be very busy during business hours, so would recommend hitting it on the off hours.
Proper credentials are required to access the location and all known permissions were obtained. Please do not make postings that will compromise the surroundings of this cache due to Operational Security requirements.
