Geocache Description:

On the new promenade going down to Tel Baruch beach. Part of a series of Tel Aviv caches that can be found at night. Good idea to bring a small flashlight.

The new lit promenade goes from Ramat Aviv and will eventually continue along the beach all the way to the Yarkon Park. After you find the cache, you can continue along the promenade either walking or biking and get to the beach. (Lifegaurd station closes before sunset in the summer.) Ther are outdoor showers and restrooms with a changing room. There is also a restaurant on the beach where you can get coffee, beer or a meal. Further on you will be very close to Sde Dov airport where you can see the large Boeings taking off and landing. At night you should be able to find the cache with the help of the lit street lights, though it is a good idea to take a small pen light, just in case. The cache is hidden in a blue-capped vial As far as night time in Tel Aviv, the area near Tel Baruch beach is known for it's outside Red light district. So besides muggles, you may have to watch out for a few cars cruising the area. :-)
