The cache is not at the above coordinates but you DO have to go there. The final cache is hidden 0.3 miles from the clue location.
Pirate Packer is well known in these parts. There is an old story that goes around which tells us that he apparently hid his loot somewhere nearby and that he left a clue at the above coordinates as to its location. If you look carefully then I am sure you will find the numbers you will need to find the loot.
Please note that you do NOT need to dangle off anything!
The treasure is a small clip lock box containing a log book, pencil and some small swaps and, like all treasure, it is definitely worth finding. When it was first hidden it also contained a travel bug and a geocoin.
When hunting for Pirate Packer's treasure and the coordinates that will lead you to it there are no additional hints and a PAF will also not help you find it. He quite deliberately left the final cache coordinates at the above location as the only clue, which is all the help you will get. Please note that they are well hidden so you will have to be diligent in your search.

If you are fortunate enough to find the booty please ensure that you replace it exactly as found so as not to compromise its position.
Please do not leave any hints in your logs as to the location of either the hidden coordinates or the final location.
