The cache owner's home coordinates are 7.5 miles from the cache in Istanbul, so I trust he will have no trouble finding a new spot for the cache and resubmitting it as a new cache listing.

Geocache Description:

at the entrance of the historical Topkapi palace in Sultanahmet.
NOTE: The palace and garden is closed on Tuesdays.

a micro cache, youll need to bring a pen to sign the log paper.

The park at the entrance to the palace is filled with beautiful trees that unfortunately make getting a satellite signal difficult.

As always, in istanbuls heavily populated areas be careful of muggles. Also lots of security keeping an eye on things and could get interested.

Be sure to check out the palace while there, and some evenings you can catch concerts held at the Church of Aya Irini.
