I decided to head to Islet Lake for my first voyage in my new Kayak. I paddled all around the lake with "Fun Adventures" and we found a couple close by caches. I could not resist putting out one of my own!!
I decided to stick with the island theme which is becoming a popular idea at this lake. I stopped off at this small, cute little island with a nice view and hid my treasure.
In the summer some sort of floatation device will be needed (such as a kayak), but in the winter, when all is sufficiently frozen, the "landlubbers" may have easier access. There is a small sandy bit of shore where one can beach their watercraft.
