I was sad to see you leave this area and wish you nothing but good things for your new chapter in your life.
This isn't a hard cache to find. In fact it should be a quick grab. It's located on private land owned by our local radio station, hence the name of the cache, but employees at the station are aware of the cache. You never know, they may even talk about you on the station some morning.
You can park on the side of the road although it would be safer to park in the parking lot. BYOP.
