Geocache Description:


This cache is for every geocacher that enjoys caching with their faithful four legged caching canines. If your dogs are like ours they love the opportunity to go hiking on the wooded trails that we travel on. If they are shown some excitement and a maybe a treat or two when finding a cache, the canines are quick to understand the game. Their noses are naturals at scenting out the odors from plastic containers and ammo cans.
Bring your geocaching companions to see one of the best views on the escarpment trail and to pick their own treasure. This cache is located just off a well kept trail and is easy walking for dogs on a leash. You will want to keep the leash on anyway because of the quick drops near the escarpment overlook.
Try to keep the trades to dog related items. Travel bugs and coins are also welcome.
This park is open from Sunrise to Sunset only.
