Geocache Description:

One of 4 Micro Caches on the road from Kettlewell http://www.kettlewell.info/ to Middleham http://www.middlehamonline.com/page.htm over Park Rash Pass and through Coverdale ***** PLEASE NOTE THIS CACHE IS NOT HIDDEN IN THE STONE WALL. PLEASE LEAVE THIS WELL ALONE !!! *****

The micro caches, have been replaced and are now in fact "small" suitable for leaving coins and small TB's. Each micro is a cache in its own right, however they also contain a small laminated Letter/Number tie up which, when all 4 micros are visited, will allow you to complete two normal size multi-caches Coverdale Cache “N” Dash Final North/East and Coverdale Cache “N” Dash South/West. The micro caches are in the central part of the series, the full size caches are located at either end of the series and have been jointly placed by GILFAM and Eeee Bi Gum Other Micros in the series are (Link)http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=a9b08bc0-4f63-4c5b-93ae-eb7ac51152f0 (Link)http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=aa27b9b5-722c-4183-9fb3-eb274a8c8984 (Link)http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=8d2c6fce-d433-476b-9eab-3d99ef3e2111 PLEASE ENSURE THE LAMINATED LETTER / NUMBER TIE UP IS IN THE CONTAINER WHEN YOU RETURN THE LOG The full size Multicaches are linked here (Link)http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=6336d0bf-01d5-4bb4-9130-4ab4cf584238 (Link)http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=d82bad5d-3560-4352-b1f0-6c1702968414 However please read the narrative, and note the published co-ordinates of the multicaches ARE NOT the final co-ordinates. Safe, roadside parking is available close to each of the cache locations. Please note the Kettlewell to Coverdale road is narrow and steep with passing places, and your driving technique should reflect this. Park Rash is a pretty long climb, one-in-four at its steepest. The road rises to over 1600’ above sea level, and you should not attempt to complete the cache in times of heavy snowfall. The road is frequently impassable in winter after a snowfall, which may not be apparent in the lower dales, observe all road closure signs. However the road is also one of the most spectacular in the Yorkshire Dales so do enjoy it. Along the way beware of and look out for sheep and other wild animals :- rabbits, pheasants, grouse, and various birds of prey AS WITH ALL MY CACHES - DO NOT POST A FIND IF YOU HAVE NOT FOUND THE PLASTIC . ANY LOGS ALONG THE LINES “I WENT BUT THE CACHE HAD GONE MISSING SO I’M CLAIMING IT ANYWAY” WILL BE DELETED
