Dr. Evil will be bringing you more fun!
I'm not "toying" around with this one. Can not believe someone has not placed a cache back in this area before now. Could be a grave challenge for some.
For those of you who may have seen Dr. Evil in the past this should be ~FAIRLY~ easy.
1/9/14 I would lower the terrain rating on this due to resent work nearby, but that might mess up someones grid.
And if you have not seen him it will be quit difficult.
