The cache placed during the Festival "Voces d'Europa" by members
of choir "Balsis" from Latvia.
The cache is inside this cute tower, and is located in one of the
holes in the wall. It is the first wall you see when you climb up
through the 'window'.
Container is a black case of the sunglasses, contains travelbugs
and other goodies :) If you can't find - see spoiler picture.
