Established in 1926, Berg Hardware was the oldest hardware store in Pasadena. It closed its doors early in 2016.
Here's Jackcheese and Motlah's original description: They don't sell plywood, garden plants, carpet or "UJ Marbles". They do have "trick" "UJ" type nuts, bolts and springs. Need some braided stainless hose for your race car or hot rod? Does that leather belt on your 1922 South Bend lathe need replacing? How about a trap for them unwanted critters roaming your yard? Yup, they're all here. You can even buy cast iron pot/pans in case one of them critters is edible.
