What is it?
A 15 minute flash mob event. We will gather for 15 minutes ONLY and then go away. Dozens of similar events will be held all over the world at the same time! Over 8,000 people attended more than 100 events during the last WWFM!! Let's make it 10,000 this time!
When is it?
November 8th 2008 from 12:00 noon to 12:15. Don't be late!
The Plan
From 11:45 am to 11:59 am wander to the east or west of the site. Look nonchalant, walk the dog, enjoy the sights, take a picture, whatever. Just try to blend in.
At 12:00 SHARP (Central GPS time) the event will start and we will put out 3 containers for TB's, swag, and log sheets. Everyone will converge on the site and get a log from a volunteer. We will give out a package with a log sheet, itinerary and the event "meal". Be sure to sign your log and turn it in to the appropriate container. Please have everyone in your group fill out a log sheet so we can get an accurate count. Bring a pen!
12:00 to 12:10
Mingle, meet your fellow cachers, trade swag or TB's, get a clue for those pesky Husker puzzles.
12:10 to 12:13
Everyone gather for a group photo. Bring your bestest Sunday smile!
12:13 to 12:14
Get those log sheets in! Only those with completed logs will be allowed to claim a find.
12:15
Everyone DISPERSE! Leave Ground Zero like a flash! You don't have to go home but you can't stay here! Meet up with other cachers elsewhere to find some of the great caches east or west of the site.
There should be plenty of parking to the east and west of the site. However there will be a bit of a walk (swim?) to the site.
