Regular sized container containing small tradables. Parking nearby.
The company I work for is in the process of moving into a nearby office building so I decided to jump in early and place a cache. The cache is starting out with a number of racing car toys and has plenty of room for small tradables. I'm "Seeding" the cache with a travel bug for good luck!
Be aware that this is an office park, so will be busy at the usual times - early in the morning, noon, and quitting time. Please rehide cache as well as you find it.

Update 9/21/2009 - Just over a year after hiding this cache, we finally moved into our new building. The Corus360 building just across the hedge is now open for business! Be careful - I may just be watching you from the 2nd floor office windows (big grin). As an added bonus, there is usually a TB parked in the Corus360 parking lot during regular office hours.
Update 6/27/2010 - It seems that the Ground Maintenance crew did a better job than normal "cleaning up", and the original cache container was missing. I had to relocate the replacement container slightly to a new hiding spot, but it is within about 30 ft of the original location. Took new readings and updated the coords. The cache container is differant but still about the same size as the original. Has room for small tradeables.
Update 11/23/2012 - It appears that the concrete picnic table that originally hid the cache, and gave it it's name, has been used as the smoking spot for the nearby businesses and someone finally got around to breaking the table top. Relocated the cache container to a new hiding spot, within about 25-30 ft from the original location. Took new readings and updated coords. Updated Hint. With luck this site will not be disturbed as easily.
