Geocache Description:

This is part of our Haunted South East Tennessee Series. This is a micro placed in a public place just a few yards east of a really cool haunted Inn.


As luck would have it, we had already put a cache just a yards from the edge of this property, so with a little polish and duct tape, we changed the name and redid the listing to do a locally famous haunted Inn.

The Woodlawn Ghost

The Woodlawn Bed and Breakfast on Keith Lane in Athens was established in in 19th century and many Civil war soldiers on both sides of the war stayed there, but no one is sure just who the ghosts are that roam this beautiful old mansion. The ghosts slams doors, rocks chairs, and makes strange sounds, but seems to be very harmless. They do enjoy the hospitality at the Inn, however.
