Geocache Description:

Although the cache is a micro, the cache container is a little larger but no room for anything but a log; so bring your own pen.

We like the placement of Hanging Rocks PSA Cache (GC1E9HJ), and had checked the area to place one before WVU4LIFE put it in. We decided we would place a second nearby because it can be such a scenic spot and our spot was far enough away from the first cache. It is located between the South Branch River Public Stream Access and the Potomac Eagle railroad tracks. There is some difficulty with the signal in this area (a lot of bounce), but there is NO NEED TO BE ON OR TO CROSS THE RAILS.

In order to enter the road to this cache, one must turn rignt off of Route 28 going south toward Romney. Also do not travel through the private farm road located beside this public road. You can park near the boat "launch" and from there it will be a short walk to the cache.
