Each girl in our troop brought in something special to them to
add to the cache. Each girl also came up with their own geocaching
name.
Troop 52 is:
- Gargoyle
- Delillio
- Carcar
- Major Cutie
- Princess Reader
- Monkey
- Princess LuLu
- Boo
- Bellaboo
- Webkin
Our troop participated in Coastal Cleanup Day along Durand
Beach, then went across the street to Durand Eastman Park to hide
this cache. We had an exciting time doing that and in addition to
finding a lot of garbage, we also found a geocache AND a
traditional letter box. In the same spirit of Coastal Cleanup Day,
please practice "Cache In, Trash Out" when finding this cache.
There is a cache camera to take a picture of your group. You can
have a longer, flatter walk if you park at the small parking area
close to Lake Shore Blvd or a shorter, steeper walk if you park
closer to the pavilions. You can see one of the pavilions from the
cache location, so be very careful of muggles if there is an event
going on. The park hours as with any county park are
6am-11pm.
Congratulations to the Mack4 who quickly claimed the FTF
lammy and also placed the seedling
(Is Troop 52
Here?)!
We hope you enjoy our cache!
