Geocache Description:


The gravel road that extends from the west side of the intersection of Bethany Lane and Greenbelt highway was at one time the continuation of Bethany Lane. It provided access to several farms along the banks of the Ohio including the Aydelott-Rosenberger farmstead.
You can access Old Bethany Lane either from Farnsley - Moreman Landing by taking the Ohio River Levee Trail or by parking off Greenbelt Highway at the entrance to Old Bethany Lane - N38 06.258 W85 53.628. If you park here please do not block the locked road gate or you will be subject to being towed. Once you cross the Levee Trail look for the second road gate straight ahead. Behind this gate is the continuation of Old Bethany lane. Hikers and bikers can easily go around both road gates.
You are looking for a PB Container hidden just off this shady lane. This cache was laid out to make it easily accessible for hikers or bikers without the need to bushwhack.
