Geocache Description:

Three caches in a row containing coordinates to a nearby puzzle cache.

Congrats to Lookin'Good on FTF!

While taking the kids back home to California over the summer, my mother gave me these containers for geocaching. They are all camoed similarly and are placed on the ground not far from the Javalina trail. Inside each cache are a few trinkets and a quarter. Also inside are some numbers leading to the puzzle cache which is 0.25 miles away from Cache #3. Probably best to walk to all the caches. Besides, the Javalina trail is nice and paved. To get to the puzzle cache, you will need to cross a couple of streets.

All the containers are relatively close to the sidewalk, except for the puzzle cache. Beware of walking or riding muggles.

Based on the first two finds, I need to add these tips:
1) Park on Raintree just south of 105th Street. The Javalina trailhead is just to your north.
2) Definitely start with Cache #1 and proceed onward.
3) When you get the coords for the puzzle cache, DO NOT walk back to your car. Take the sidewalk going south from Cache 3 up the hill. It will dump you out onto a street. Follow the street up and around then down the next street. You will see a sidewalk going into the next little valley between rows of houses.
4) After finding the puzzle cache you can go back the way you came or go back down the street to 105th.
5) If you go all the way back to 105th from Cache #3 and then attempt to come up the valley between the rows of house, you are a bushwacker!
6) I cannot help it if you lose the coords along the way or input them into the GPSr incorrectly! Good Luck!

2/21/09 Udate -- If you decide to walk the whole loop, the distance is 2.7 miles. Add a little bit more if you do the puzzle cache. The loop offers 16 caches total including one multi and one puzzle cache.
