The ONLY reason the terrain is a 4 is because it is the Dalton Highway. Congrats. to 47 Nick as FTF, Li1gray was with me when I hid this one.
PLEASE REMOVE ANY CACHES THAT DON'T MEET THE DESCRIPTION, IT'S A "FAKE ROCK" FOLKS! can be a somewhat difficult cache to find for a NOVICE cacher. It is there! PLEASE PLACE THE CACHE BACK EXACTLY WHERE YOU FOUND IT. YOUR FELLOW CACHERS WILL APPRECIATE IT. I called this the "Real" Arctic Circle because it literally is where most tourists will be getting that famous Arctic Circle picture taken. Cache is below the deck. No need for a "multitool" to open, however once you find it, it may look like it needs one. This is pretty well disguised. Good luck. Plenty of log room before my "annual" trip up here to caribou hunt.
