The cache is in need of help: the next finder can claim the find and PLEASE REMOVE the cache container that someone used here as a “throw down” at some point. I have never, and will never, use a mint tin. Once next log comes in, and geojunk removed, I’ll archive this.
On the next and final find, I’ll archive this, freeing up the spot. Ideally, the next finder puts their own cache here and then can publish it as soon as I archive this one.
Originally this was a pleasant stroll on flat equestrian trails, this traditional cache takes you past the new youth detention facility, Bimberi Centre. At a building cost of $42m, the youth detention centre is designed to accommodate 40 young people. The site is four times the size of Quamby and includes a large indoor sports centre as well as stand-alone training facilities.
