Geocache Description:

Quick traditional near the stalactite cave "Lurgrotte Semriach".

This cache is located near the stalactite cave Lurgrotte Semriach. There is an excellent Earthcache "Lurgrotte" (GC13MB9, placed by Wild-Wuggis, many thanks!) dealing with the details of this amazing cave, it is highly recommended to do it when you're visiting this area. We decided to put a traditional cache here in addition to the Earthcache, in case someone wants to actually trade items while being here, and/or if you just don't have the time or resources to do the Earthcache.

The cache listing for the Earthcache also provides a lot of information about the cave itself and the tours you can take. Please visit this listing here.

The cache is a transparent 2-liter plastic box containing log book, pencil and sharpener (do not remove these items) and provides quite a bit of room for trading items. It is located a few hundred meters from the cave itself, in which area you will also find plenty of parking.

You will need good shoes to get to the cache (especially when weather conditions are wet). GPS reception isn't the best in the target area, so it is recommended to take the spoiler pictures with you.
