Rio's Geo[cache] Part 2

This cache is in a plaza where there is another shop that Rio sometimes visits with his owners.
This is the 2nd of Rio's Geo[caches]. Be sure to byo pen or pencil to sign the log.
Very high muggle factor, so be very stealthy!
