This is an old-style multi-cache which starts at the listed coordinates. Unlike some recent series where you get a box every 200 yards or so, with this one you have to follow the chain to the end, though once there, if you've followed all the instructions, you will be able to claim an easy bonus.
Despite the name, this cache is designed to get you off your couch. The first parts can be done by car or public transport, but the for the last stages, two feet are the only possibility. Also, for the last part, you will need the right equipment (suitable clothing, walking boots, map, compass, etc).
It can all be done in a day if you start early enough, but make sure you note the time at the first location (think about it!)
.
All but the final location are very busy so stealth will be required. Signals at the first two spots are poor, so some imagination and maybe the clues will be needed. Please note that you do not need to lift, push, pull, bend or break anything to retrieve the clues - a gentle grope is all that's required.
Once you've found the final, there are instructions on how to get to the bonus.
Although you get no points for finding the intermediate stages, in each case there are other caches nearby, so if you load up the GPS with (roughly) the Bradford/Otley/Ilkley triangle, or have mobile web access, you can make a day of it.
Yes, the dates are correct. I set up the final nearly 2 years ago, then never got round to doing the rest! But I checked recently and the cache is still there in good condition.
