Geocache Description:

This is a small metal container that contains a log an a pencil - it's winter friendly and 'out of sight'.

The Town of Brockway was extablished in 1890 after local residents created a petition to request establishing a new town on the east side of the Black River. Today, Brockway is home to many influential businesses in Jackson County. The Town of Brockway sign located at GZ was created by one of our local residant artizens of Brockway, in honor of some of the businesses shown, who contributed to making the Town of Brockway what it is today.

Permission to place this cache was granted by Jan Dahl, Brockway Town Treasurer. We would like to thank the Town of Brockway for allowing us to place this cache for the enjoyment of fellow Cachers.
