Geocache Description:

Original the location was a waypoint for my first cache, The Creeky Oak Cache, but after that took a turn for the worst several years ago, I decided I would use this spot for a traditional!

Located next a local elementary school, cache is next too a small creek that runs past it, and, of course, features several tree with intricate root systems!

The area doesn't get very good GPS reception, but the man-made trails lead to the location easily enough that you should be able to keep one.

Avoid coming during the start of school (8am - 9am) and the end of school (3pm-4pm). Any other time should be ok, and you can park in the school lot for an easy stroll.

The cache is the usual glass container with a logbook, pencil, and a Mt. Hood magnet for FTF! Have fun!

(6/14/09: The original cache went missing, and I have replaced it, and taken a photo of the cache area for those who need it. If you're still stumped, email me and I can give you a closer picture right where it is! By the way, I believe the local neighborhood kids scavenge around in here, so be very careful when caching, and rehide well! Thank you!)
