Froggatt Bonus (Waikato) Mystery Cache
The Freezer Mice: With the primary cache at Froggatt having gone missing, there is no way for the bonus to be found (as the puzzle was inside the original cache lid... so sadly this cache is being archived as well.

Ahaaa! You didnt think that 'The Freezer Mice' had given up on placing puzzle caches did you?
A puzzle cache (but not a particularly hard one) that is going to require the cacher to solve whilst on site. The cache is suitable for the everyday cacher (no extreme athletes required for this one). A very easy walk along what is a well formed track, and there should be no need to get wet or muddy.
The co-ordinates listed above are not the cache location... it is merely a place-holder for the cache listing (the co-ords happen to be the old rock climbing carpark location from when we first started visiting this area). The actual cache (a micro about the size of an AA battery) is located within a 1 km radius of this place-holder.
To find this cache you need to find the traditional cache 'Froggatt Edge' (GC1GAZJ), and solve the puzzle located on the inside of the cache lid.
The puzzle is NOT complex (so dont overthink it)... however you might want to bring a piece of paper to work on.
The cache itself holds only a log sheet, with no room for a pen (or swaps)... so please bring one with you.
As with the 'Froggatt Edge' cache; this cache is located near the crag on a working farm, and the local farmer graciously allows access across his property to the crag as long as some easy rules are adhered to:
NO DOGS allowed,
NO CAMPING allowed,
Leave NO RUBBISH,
Leave ALL gates EXACTLY as you found them.
Please replace the cache so it is out of sight, and once you are done take a break at Bryce's cafe (S 38 08.544 E 175 32.150)... they make a brilliant hot chocolate!
